Question 1

How quickly will I get a reply?

Accepted Answer

We read every message and usually reply within one to two business days. Questions about a specific image are answered faster if you describe what you uploaded and what result you expected.

Question 2

What should I include when reporting a problem with a result?

Accepted Answer

Tell us which tool you used (background remover, object remover or upscaler), the file format and size, and what looked wrong - for example a missing part of the subject or a visible edge. Do not send personal or confidential images.

Question 3

Can I suggest a new feature?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Feature ideas help us decide what to build next. Describe the task you want to solve and how you do it today, so we understand the real need behind the request.

Question 4

Do you offer partnerships or business cooperation?

Accepted Answer

We are open to partnership proposals. Choose a clear subject in the form, describe your company and the kind of cooperation you have in mind, and we will get back to you.

Question 5

How can I delete my account or my data?

Accepted Answer

Send a request through this form from the email address of your account. Uploaded images are deleted automatically after a while; the details are described in our Privacy Policy.
